Is a deposit required to book a limousine?
Yes. Above and Beyond Limousines requires a 50% deposit on
all services.
Credit Cards accepted?
Above and Beyond Limousines accepts the following cards:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Do I have to pay for the time when I am not in the
Limousine?
Yes, Above and Beyond Limousines dedicates the limousine you
rented exclusively to you from the time of your pick up
to drop off, regardless of whether you are in the limousine
or not it is being reserved for you during those hours.
You are responsible for all of the hours from time of
pick up till drop off.
For drop-offs and pick-ups, do you charge for the
hours in between?
No, Above and Beyond Limousines can provide the above service
for a flat rate which depends on the location. This rate
is higher than our normal hourly rate.
Does Above and Beyond Limousines provide concierge service?
Yes. At the client's request.
Is Red Carpet Service Offered?
Yes. Red Carpet Service is offered at the request of the
client.
What amenities are included?
Above and Beyond Limousines offers your choice of non alcoholic
beverages and bottled water. If you have a favorite beverage
let us know and we will provide it for you complementary
or for a small fee depending on the request. All bars
will be stocked with ice.
Chauffeur's Attire?
All Above and Beyond Limousines' chauffeurs will be dressed
in a traditional black suit, white shirt, black tie and
polished black dress shoes.
